"Credit Unions: Dream...Belong...Achieve" will be the theme for the 2004 International CU Day on Oct. 21, according to the World Council of CUs.
Roughly 3,039 people voted for their favorite among five themes. The winning theme received 752 votes or 24.74% of votes cast on WOCCU's website.
International CU Day celebrates the history, tradition and spirit of the international credit union movement.
Established in 1948, International CU Day is celebrated each year on the third Thursday in October.
More than 40,000 credit unions in 94 countries will be celebrating the day with 120 million members throughout the world.
