Eastern Financial Florida CU Renews WithDigital Insight

MIRAMAR, Fla. - (08/18/05) Eastern Financial Florida CUsaid it has renewed its contract with Digital Insight Corp. toprovide it with online banking services. Floridas thirdlargest credit union said it has extended and expanded itsstrategic partnership agreement through 2008. Under terms of therenewal, $2.0 billion asset Eastern Financial will continue toutilize Digital Insight's consumer Internet Banking platformimplemented in 2002. In addition, the credit union will expand itsmember business services to include online cash management byimplementing Digital Insight's Member Business Servicesproducts.
