SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - (09/29/05) -- eFunds said it has started marketingits Card in a Box pre-paid gift cards to credit unions and smallbanks. The cards processors hopes to offer full implementation in30 days, giving institutions enough time to offer its forChristmas. The gift cards will be available as Visa-branded cards.Through its recent acquisition of WildCard Systems, eFunds willprovide all card issuing, administration, risk management andprocessing.
