ORLANDO, Fla. - (03/07/06) – Nortel said it has introduced anew contact solution that will allow credit union members tointeract with service representatives through video kiosks and ATMsites, services which previously required a branch visit. The newsystem, called Expert Anywhere Contact Solution, was introduced atNAPL’s Top Management Conference here last week. Vantis CU,in Winnipeg, Canada, is one of the first credit unions to implementthe system. Nortel is based in Bramford, Ontario.
