SAN FRANCISCO - (06/30/06) The Federal Home Loan Bank ofSan Francisco announced Thursday it expects to pay a dividend forthe second-quarter of 5.08%, its highest since the fourth quarterof 2002. That compares to a 5.03% payout for the first quarter, anda 4.21% dividend for the second quarter of last year. The dividendswill be paid to the San Francisco Banks 340 financialinstitution member/owners, including 50 credit unions.
