First Alliance Latest To Select USERS

USERS, Inc., a unit of Fiserv, Inc. said that the $83-million First Alliance Credit Union in Rochester, Minn., has selected its DataSafe system and will convert in July. "USERS' browser-based software was universally well-received by our staff for its ease of use," said CEO Kelly McDonough. "It's an area where USERS is really ahead of the competition. USERS' browser-based software isn't a future promise; all of the software applications we saw are available now." Currently, more than 200 credit unions employ USERS' browser-based software, including the Teller and Lending Navigator solutions. First Alliance will employ a number of USERS technologies designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs through the elimination of paper-based processes, the company said.
