Houston's Smart Financial CU Offers New Program for College-Aged Members

HOUSTON – Smart Financial CU said it is offering college-age students free services through its new College Advantage Program. The CAP provides students with free checking with no maintenance fees, free ATM use, free online banking and bill pay, a free debit Mastercard, and e-statements. Overdraft protection is also available for qualified students who establish a line of credit.
