USERS, Inc. a hosted several hundred credit union clients at its 2005 User Group Meeting here. The company said it uses its Spring User Group Meeting to enable credit union clients to learn more about its newest products and future plans, share insights with their peers, and learn about the best practices that can help them use technology to achieve their business goals.
The 2005 User Group Meeting provided a look at the newest enhancements to some of USERS' most widely adopted products, including: the browser-based Teller and Lending Navigator solutions, used by more than 150 credit unions; PCU Internet Banking, used by more than 225 credit unions and 1.3 million members; and Courtesy Pay Manager, helping more than 75 credit unions to significantly boost their fee income, the company reported.
The conference also previewed several software solutions set for release this spring, including Instant Plastics (enabling credit unions to issue plastic cards to members on the spot) and Secure Messaging (providing secure, encrypted online communication between members and the credit union). Other sessions provided a closer look at recently released solutions such as Commercial Integrator, which provides credit unions with easy access to the full range of functions needed to serve business accounts.
