Jack Henry Acquires ALM SoftwareFirm

MONETT, Mo. - (11/14/05) -- Jack Henry & Associates saidFriday it has continued its two-year acquisition binge and agreedto purchase Profitstar, Inc., an Omaha-based provider ofasset/liabilty management and profitability systems. Profitstar hashad relationships with as many as 2,200 credit unions and banksduring its 22-year history. Profitstar will be paired withStratika, a provider of relationship management solutions acquiredby Jack Henry in January. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Jack Henry has made eight corporate acquisitions over the past 24months.
