ALLENTOWN, Pa. - (12/07/04) -- Lehigh Valley FCU said it has signedwith PNC Bank to provide its members with surcharge-free access toPNC ATMs surrounding the credit union's main offices. The dealallows members to make up to 10 withdrawals a month for free, witha $1 per withdrawal transactions after that. APCI FCU recentlysigned a similar agreement with PNC.
