RICHARDSON, Texas - (05/12/06) – Intrusian Inc., maker of theonline Compliance Commander solution, reported net losses werereduced in the first quarter to $1.5 million, or 22 cents a share,compared to $1.9 million in the first quarter last year. Butoperating losses widened to $1.4 million, compared to $1 million inthe first quarter last year and $900,000 in the fourth quarter.First quarter revenues were down 25% to $900,000. The companyattributed the first quarter difficulties to a“slippage” in orders from the U.S. government’s$2 million in contracts. In addition, sales of ComplianceCommander(TM) to credit unions, banks and other customers continueto be slower than expected.
