PURCHASE, N.Y. - (06/02/04) -- Card association MasterCardInternational said it has acquired Watch Hill Partners, aProvidence, R.I.-based provider of customer relationship managementservices, which it plans to integrate into its MasterCard AdvisorsLLC, consulting operation. Watch Hill Partners specializes in usingmobile networks and Internet-based services to improve customerservice. The company's CRM service helps identify the gap betweenCRM models and processes and technology of CRM systems. Terms ofthe deal were not disclosed.
