Member Loyalty Audit Available

Member Allegiance has created a "Member Loyalty Audit" designed to boost member usage of the credit union, its products and its services. The Audit has two components; one measures member attitudes toward co-operative principles and values, the second measures actual member behavior using transactional data from the credit union's systems. Both are key drivers for the credit union's bottom line, according to the company.

"We believe it is the integration of attitudinal data with behavior data (analyzed separately) that will provide the most accurate view of member loyalty," said Kevin Lytle, CEO of Member Allegiance. He added the Member Loyalty Audit will help credit unions; lower marketing costs, retain more members and increase member wallet share.
