DAYTON, Ohio - (01/06/06) -- NCR Corp. said Thursday it completedthe acquisition of Tidel Technologies, Inc., the troubledmanufacturer of ATMs. NCR plans to continue marketing Tidel's ATMs,which include the 300 series product line. The acquisition pricefor Houston-based Tidel was $10.2 million.
