New ATM King Reports HigherEarnings

PORLAND Ore. - (11/17/04) -- TRM Corp., which is in the processof incorporating eFunds' nation-leading independent fleet of ATMs,said net income for its fiscal third quarter rose 42% to $2.2million, or 17 cents a share, compared to the same quarter lastyear. Third quarter revenues for the manager of ATMs and copiersclimbed 17% to $29 million. Through the first three quarters of theyear TRM reported an 18% increase in revenues to $83.7 million, anda doubling in net income to $7.4 million, or 60 cents a share. TRMhas agreed to acquire eFund's 17,200 ATMs, the largest non-bankowned fleet of ATMs in the country, giving it control over morethan 19,000 machines in the U.S. About half of the eFunds ATMs areconnected to the CO-OP Network,
