WASHINGTON-House leaders postponed a final vote on the bankruptcy reform bill and other bills last week while scores of lawmakers travel to Rome to attend ceremonies memorializing Pope John Paul II.

Meantime, the House Rules Committee was scheduled to meet last week to determine the ground rules for the final vote on the bankruptcy bill, which is expected to include several amendment proposals, Kohn told The Credit Union Journal.
