CHANTILLY, Va. - (07/19/05) -- Online Resources Corp. said Mondayit has completed the acquisition of Integrated Data Systems, aprivately held Woodland Hills, Calif., technology provider to morethan 50 credit unions. The purchase price is $5 million in cash andthe assumption of $300,000 of debt. The deal also includes a futurepayment if future IDS revenue exceeds $3.2 million.
