Open Technology Solutions, LLC, a CUSO, said it has partnered with uMonitor to automate new member enrollment, cutting the time it takes to open new accounts from 40 minutes to around seven minutes.
The system automates such new account processes as background and credit checks, helping to reduce errors, time and creating a more positive new member experience.
