Pacific Service Credit Union was awarded the Best In Show MACQUEE prize from the Marketing Association of California. The award was presented during MAC's annual conference in North Lake Tahoe, Calif.

Pacific Service CU's entry was one of 350 submissions from 90 credit unions and was developed by Kristin Dove, VP-marketing, and Sarah Andreotti, marketing project manager. The credit union won for a direct mail series for certificates of deposit.

The campaign, entitled, "When it's Important Enough to Save for...," resulted in 1,300 new certificate accounts bringing a Return on Investment (ROI) of more than 800%.

Pacific Service CU won additional awards of excellence in its asset category: Gold and Silver medals for Single Direct Mail, Gold and Silver medals for Direct Mail Series and a Silver medal for Electronic Marketing.
