CUES, MADISON, Wis., announced 42 credit union executives completed the Credit Union Executives Society's CEO Institute, an advanced executive education series designed specifically for CEOs and senior management. South Carolina Federal Credit Union, Charleston, S.C., promoted Opal Jay to vice president and manager of Indirect Lending Services.

The Association of Corporate Credit Union, Salt Lake City, Utah, recognized Wayne Barnes with a 20 Years of Service Recognition Award.

Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St. Paul, Minn., elected Yvonne Condell chairman.

First American Credit Union, Beloit, Wis., named Jessica Higgins marketing assistant.

Mid-States Corporate Federal Credit Union, Warrenville, Ill., named Maxine Callies the recipient of the Mid-States Chairman's Award.
