CUES, MADISON, Wis., announced 42 credit union executives completed the Credit Union Executives Society's CEO Institute, an advanced executive education series designed specifically for CEOs and senior management. South Carolina Federal Credit Union, Charleston, S.C., promoted Opal Jay to vice president and manager of Indirect Lending Services.

The Association of Corporate Credit Union, Salt Lake City, Utah, recognized Wayne Barnes with a 20 Years of Service Recognition Award.

Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St. Paul, Minn., elected Yvonne Condell chairman.

First American Credit Union, Beloit, Wis., named Jessica Higgins marketing assistant.

Mid-States Corporate Federal Credit Union, Warrenville, Ill., named Maxine Callies the recipient of the Mid-States Chairman's Award.

New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union, Albuquerque, N.M. elected John Landis to its supervisory committee.

The Arkansas Credit Union League, Little Rock, Ark., elected to its board: Dwayne Ashcraft, chairman; Nanette Crosslin, vice chair; Becky Brosius, secretary, and George Bujarske, treasurer.

Northwest Corporate Credit Union, Portland, Ore., elected to its board: Mike Osborne, chairman; Linda Wheeler, vice chair; Ed Seidenberg, treasurer; Linda Kleppe-Olson, secretary; Bill Anderson, Howard benson, Gordon Seidenberg, and Dan Webber.
