River Valley, MarketMatch Agree

DAYTON, Ohio-River Valley CU has signed with MarketMatch, a Dayton-based marketing solutions firm, to expand its marketing communications efforts.

MarketMatch, which offers a money-back guarantee on its services, is assisting the credit union in researching the attitudes of members and prospective members through branch intercepts and mail questionnaires, is overseeing the roll-out of an e-mail-based message marketing, direct mail, cross sales and more. The firm also deployed a Checking Account Switch Kit program for River Valley that provides the tools and training to easily transition member checking accounts from another financial institution, and supporting newspaper, and ads, in-branch signs, direct mail postcards, statement stuffers/buck slips, fliers and outdoor billboard advertising.
