RSA Endorsed By CUNA Mutual
AMHERST, N.Y.-Remarketing Services of America, Inc. (RSA), a unit of Fiserv, Inc. has been selected by CUNA Mutual Group as its endorsed vehicle remarketing program. CUNA Mutual will market RSA's services to credit unions throughout the United States. "RSA maximizes sales price while mitigating sales expense and risk on repossessed, balloon note, off-lease and otherwise used motor vehicles," the company said.

PSCU Signs 2; Forms Audit Comm.
FLOWWOOD, Miss.-Statewide FCU here signed a five-year agreement to convert its 4,400 ATM cards and ATM processing to PSCU Financial Services' DebitAdvantage platform.
St. Petersburg, Fla.-based PSCU Financial Services will drive Statewide's ATMs, as well as process ATM, debit and credit card transactions on behalf of the credit union. In East Moline, Ill, Deere Harvester CU has signed with PSCU Financial Services to continue to handle card processing services for its 10,000 card accounts.
Meanwhile, PSCU Financial Services said it has created an audit committee to assist the board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities. Jane Watkins, President of Virginia Credit Union, Inc., Richmond, Va. will serve as the chairman of the committee, which also includes Terry West, President of VyStar Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla. and Darren Williams, President of Wescom Credit Union, Pasadena, Calif. PSCU-FS is the nation's largest CUSO.
According to the company, the audit committee's primary responsibilities include assisting the board in monitoring the integrity of the company's financial reporting processes and its process controls along with the external auditor's qualifications, performance and independence.

3 Oklahoma CUs Sell Portfolios
DALLAS-Three Oklahoma credit unions have chosen TNB Card Services to provide full-service credit card processing to their members. Oklahoma Educators CU and The Focus FFCU in Oklahoma City and Oil Capital Community CU in Tulsa converted their programs to TNB in May.
