California CU Picks Members Group

GLENDALE, Calif.-The California Credit Union here has signed a long-term contract to use The Members Group, Des Moines, Iowa, for credit card processing. The $1-billion credit union converted its nearly 22,000 credit card accounts to TMG. As part of the conversion, California Credit Union has access to The Vault, a private client website which is a complete business intelligence solution that includes an online reporting solution, as well as portfolio analysis tools.

LexisNexis RiskWise Debuts

DAYTON, Ohio-CENTRIX Financial has launched LexisNexis RiskWise, saying it will help increase the accuracy and speed of its loan applicant verification process to detect identity fraud. LexisNexis is an information solution provider, and CENTRIX Financial develops and manages a special auto finance loan portfolio that currently totals over $2 billion. With InstantID, CENTRIX has been able to correct, on average, more than 500 mistyped entries on loan applications each month, the company said.

It's A Bird, It's A Plane, It's A Check

SAN ANTONIO-Clarke American has rolled out a new series of checks featuring comic book characters from DC Super Heroes. Among those featured are Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and The Flash. Checks may be purchased separately or in a ValuePack, which includes a black leather cover and white labels.
