Johnson To Speak At Member Forum

FSCC Breaks Record For 2004

SAN DIMAS, Calif.-Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. (FSCC) International Shared Branching Network announced its year end sales results with a record number of credit unions opening on the network. For the year 2004, FSCC opened 209 new branches and has 31 additional branches scheduled to open in 2005. Outlets were opened in 18 states, with seven of the 18 states new to the network.

VUMCU Wins FAST Program

FARMINGTON, Hills, Mich.-Virginia United Methodist CU has been selected as the first-ever winner of the FAST (Financial Achievement Starts Today) program from Accel Services.

As the winner, VUMCU will receive one full year of free financial education and counseling services for the entire membership through Accel Members Financial Counseling.

The program assists with personal and family budgeting, credit report reviews, and more. To qualify for the program, Virginia United Methodist CU submitted a comprehensive proposal highlighting the need for and their dedication to financial education for members.
