NEW YORK CITY-CashEdge, Inc., a provider of online financial applications, has introduced two new products, OpenNow and FundNow. 2 NC CUs Sell Car Portfolios

GREENSBORO, N.C.-Two credit unions have sold their auto loan portofolios through the CarPooL program offered by Charlie Mac and First Carolina Corporate., Charlotte Metro Credit Union, North Carolina, and Carolina Trust FCU, Myrtle Beach, S.C. sold the portfolios as part of efforts to gain liquidity. First Carolina said that its member credit unions have now sold $115 million in auto loans to Charlie Mac.

Metavante Acquires Prime Assoc.

MILWAUKEE, Wis.- Metavante Corp., the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI), acquired all the outstanding stock of Clark, N.J.-based Prime Associates, Inc. The company will continue to operate under the name of Prime Associates.

Prime Associates is a provider of software, data and services that address the regulatory and compliance mandate of financial institutions such as anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
