Bluepoint, CUTEK In Deal

VISTA, Calif.-Bluepoint Solutions, a provider of document management solutions for credit unions, and CUTEK, a provider of technology integration services, have entered into a long-term alliance. The purpose of the alliance is to leverage CUTEK's expertise to fully integrate Bluepoint's products with the Symitar's Episy core data processing system, the company said. The collaboration between the two companies will result in several integration points between Episys and various Bluepoint products, including close integration with SymForm, Symitar's electronic forms manager.

Royal Oak Sells Portfolio

ROYAL OAK, Mich.-Royal Oakland Community CU is selling its credit card portfolio to InfiCorp. The $124-million ROCCU has approximately 4,000 credit card accounts and $7 million in receivables among its 20,000 members. The sale was brokered by Brookwood Capital.

Image Exchange Completed

WALLINGFORD, Conn.-Constitution Corporate Credit Union has completed electronic image exchange testing with the Boston Federal Reserve. Live image exchange between Constitution and the Federal Reserve has begun, making Constitution the first corporate credit union in the Northeast to do so. The $1.7-billion corporate's Branch Item Capture solution development process began in 2004 when it selected VSoft Corporation's Check 21 product suite for providing members with nationwide check image exchange, clearing and settlement.

qbt, EPL In Agreement

NEW YORK-qbt, a provider of real-time financial systems integration, and Birmingham, Ala.-based EPL, Inc., a credit union owned business solution provider, announced they will support TNB Card Services. The TNB Card Services interface is in addition to the other debit card processors supported by EPL, including Certegy, CO-OP, eFunds, Fiserv EFT, PSCU Financial Services, and Visa DPS.

It also supports the leading ATM and shared branching through MultiPoint with its i-POWER platform.
