SmartSource Redesigns Site

WALLINGFORD, Conn.-SmartSource Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned CUSO of Constitution Corporate Credit Union, has redesigned the websites for the $120-million Waterbury Connecticut Teachers FCU and the $87-million STCU Credit Union in Massachusetts. In addition to a new look and improved navigation system, the redesigned Waterbury Connecticut Teachers FCU site (www.wctfcu.com) harnesses the power of SmartSource Solutions' customized content management system allowing staff to control much of the content and functionality of the site.

STCU Credit Union, meanwhile, is reaching out to Hispanic members with a Spanish language site.

LFCU Selects Acctg. Technology

LYNCHBURG, Va.-The $350-million Lafayette FCU has contracted with Accounting Technology, LLC for the purchase and implementation of SalesLogix Customer Relationship Management Software. Integrated with the credit union's data processor, USERS, the CRM software has been licensed to all Lafayette FCU employees and will be used in its call center, branch and back office operations, the company reported. Plans are to use the solution to improve the sales and service culture and to automate workflow.

Benchmark Releases REM

ALPHARETTA, Ga.,-Benchmark Technology Group, a provider of branch automation solutions and technology management services, has released Remote Erasure Management (REM), "a unique data erasure solution that makes it possible to schedule or immediately erase computers and hard drive data from a remote location," the company said. REM is a result of a strategic alliance formed between Benchmark Technology Group and Marietta, Georgia-based Absolute Data Security, LLC. The subsequent product offering, REM, enables Benchmark Technology Group customers to schedule remote or immediate erasure of data.
