CreditPlus Moves Into New Digs

ALISBURY, Md.-Credit Plus, Inc. recently moved into a 50,000-square-foot office building featuring tighter security and expanded customer service capability. The larger building allows for expanded customer service hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and a call center that can handle up to 470 employees. Other improvements include fiber optics for data transmission, fingerprint scan machines for building access and a back up generator that can provide.

FSCC Recognizes Arizona CUs

LAS VEGAS-At its annual meeting, Financial Service Centers Cooperative presented shared branching awards to Arizona CUs in recognition of their growth during the last three years. Arizona has 108 branches open to shared branching that process 250,000 transactions per month. Winning CUs were: Alhambra CU, Arizona Central CU, Arizona FCU, Arizona State Savings & CU, Credit Union West, Deer Valley CU, Desert Schools FCU, First CU, First Edition Community CU Grand Canyon State EFCU, MariSol FCU, Pyramid CU, SRP CU, Sun Country CU, Sun West FCU and TruWest CU.

'Springboard' Is New Interface

DES MOINES, Iowa-Clients who use The Members Group or FDR for cards processing will now have access to a web-based interface. "Springboard" enables frontline staff to quickly answer common questions from members, the company said, including questions on statements, payments, authorizations, available credit lines, and more. The company said Springboard will reduce training from six weeks to one week.

COCC Introduces Sentry Services

AVON, Conn.-COCC has launched Sentry Services, which it said combines established and new anti-fraud solutions. Sentry Services focuses on assessment, education and prevention to fight fraud. COCC officials say assessment will help automate risk detection activities and improve education.
