Empire To Implement VSoft

ATLANTA-VSoft said that Empire Corporate FCU will implement its eDesk Capture, Image Archive, Research, Image Exchange products. 'Total Member Marketing Support'

AUBURN Hills, Mich.-Digital Dialogue, a provider of automated lending services, member relations products and call center services, has teamed up with Membership Marketing Support Services to "create a total package in member relations and recruitment for credit unions," the firms said Digital Dialogue's main services include: automated lending programs which provide credit approval in 10-seconds for qualified credit union members and the 24-hour, seven-day a week call center services offer additional member convenience while allowing for business continuity. MMSS's marketing work with credit unions will now include the Digital Dialogue call center, online support and lending capabilities to CU members.

Elan Financial Buys 1stPCU's Cards

BOSTON-1st Pacific Credit Union based in Vallejo, Calif. has sold its card portfolio to Elan Financial Services in a deal brokered by The Kessler Group. The $156-million CU's portfolio has more than 2,200 accounts and $3.5 million in outstandings. Elan is part of U.S. Bancorp and has more than 100 credit card partnerships in place with credit unions.
