ORLANDO, Fla. - (09/08/04) -- A would-be credit union robber wasquickly arrested Tuesday morning but not until he shot to death anemployee at Fairwinds CU while he was forcing her to open thevault. The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Luc Termitus, washiding outside the branch when the employee, Sue Ellen Gelsinger,55, arrived to work at around 7:30 am. Police, who were patrollingthe area following Hurricane Frances, arrived at the scene withinminutes to arrest Termitus after another employee managed to call911. The suspect was being held on first degree murder and armedrobbery charges.
