Quick-Thinking Employee Locks OutRobbers

TOLEDO, Ohio - (12/27/04) -- Two masked gunmen were preventingfrom robbing University of Toledo/Medical College of Ohio CU lastweek when an employee and an off-duty police officer who saw themcoming towards the credit union locked the doors as they drew theirguns. The off-duty officer, who was inside the credit union,pointed his gun at the assailants and they ran off and fled intheir car. The car, which turned out to be stolen, was recovered bypolice later on.
