Service CU In Wal-Mart Deal

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - (01/16/06) – Service CU said Friday it hasentered a contract to open seven new branches inside of Wal-Martstores across the state over the next 15 months. It is the firsttime the $1 billion credit union has opened non-traditionalbranches. The state’s largest credit union plans to offerseven-day-a-week service at the Wal-Mart outlets. The cost of theproject is estimated to be between $1 million and $2million.
