Services Provider PerimeterInternetworking Grows By Acquisition

MILFORD, Ct. - (02/24/06) – Perimeter Networking, aprovider of online security services for credit unions and banks,announced Thursday it has acquired Breakwater SecuritiesAssociates, the Seattle-based provider on security systems. Thedeal comes less than a month after Perimeter Networking acquiredRed Cliff Solutions, a West Jordan, Utah, provider of onlinesecurity for credit unions, and is the company’s seventhacquisition in the last two years. Founded in 1996, Breakwaterprovides risk management solutions, including managed security,consulting, compliance and regulatory guidance. The company hasmore than 500 clients and multiple national offices. Terms of thedeal were not disclosed.
