Several CUs Mooove To COWWW's Solution

COWWW Software, a provider web-based archiving, retrieval, and document distribution solutions, has provided the $134-million Cornerstone Community Financial FCU with its Web-based COLD storage and retrieval system and ID scanning solution. As a result, Cornerstone Community Financial, located in Auburn Hills, Mich., will update its decade-old technology to provide its members with faster online and branch services, as well as enhancing its in-house operation workflow, the company said. The system will retrieve the appropriate information that was previously scanned and stored on the COLD system and print it out on the spot.

Also selecting the solution was the $103-million. St. Helens Community Credit Union. "St. Helens Community's system consolidation allows it to manage a single, easy-to-use, browser-based solution, which has eliminated paper and toner waste and decreased scanning time," the company said.

Separately, COWWW Software said it has provided LANCO FCU with its web-based check and driver's license imaging solution to help it enhance security.

"The great thing" is that this allows CUs to stop asking their members to show their driver's licenses, which can be an annoyance for them," the company said.
