E-Signatures New Enhancment

MADISON, Wis.-CUNA Mutual Group said it has enhanced its MEMBERS Financial Services DRAFT program by adding electronic signature capabilities to eAccount, its online software tool that allows members to open new accounts. Designed to meet the needs for electronic transactions, the electronic signature capability streamlines the process of establishing a new brokerage account for credit union members and MEMBERS Financial Services representatives by eliminating pen-and-ink signing, and subsequent printing and faxing of paperwork. The program was piloted with 15 CUs.

GalaxyPlus, PSCU Partner

TROY, Mich.-GalaxyPlus has partnered with PSCU Financial Services to offer CUAlways to its credit union clients. CUAlways offers personalized, 24/7 service and support through any channel-telephone, e-mail or chat-and it supports a variety of service requests about member accounts and loans, the company said. Support services offered by CUAlways include account/transaction inquiries, ATM/debit card inquiries, general branch information, merchant inquiries, fee and rate inquiries, loan applications and payments, home banking/automated system inquiries, new member and account acquisitions, stop payments, check orders, product/service descriptions, and product cross-selling.

CUs Renew With EPL

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-A number of credit unions have signed contract renewals with EPL, Inc., the latest being Mississippi DHS Federal CU in Jackson, Miss. The CU renewed its contract with EPL, Inc. for another seven years as well as upgraded to i-POWER and added some extra services.
