MADISON, Wis. - (10/01/04) -- A former teller at Advantage CU wassentenced to three months in prison and ordered to pay $38,700 inrestitution for stealing funds from 16 dormant accounts last year.Cara Leamer, 27, of Madison, was ordered to repay the credit union$5,000 and its insurer, CUNA Mutual Group, $33,700. Police saidLeamer returned $7,200 into the accounts before credit unionofficials learned of the theft.
