EL PASO, Texas - (01/17/06) Spur FCU said it has changedits name to Tip OTexas FCU, the third local credit union toshed its name over the past eight months. The credit union wasfounded to serve railroad workers and converted to a communitycharter two years ago, serving all of El Paso County. TipOTexas FCU has 5,800 members and $28 million inassets.
