TNB Card Services Acquires Three MorePortfolios

DALLAS - (06/28/05) TNB Card Services has added the creditcard processing business of three more credit unions. The newclients are $28-million WySouth FCU of Wyandotte, Mich.;$16.5-million Dowell FCU of Tulsa, Okla., and the $234-millionShell FCU of Deer Park, Texas. Together, the credit unions haveapproximately 51,000 members. The credit unions cited everythingfrom dissatisfaction with previous processors to desire to growtheir programs in making the move.
