Trio Faces Charges In Maine CURobbery

AUGUSTA, Me. - (01/07/05) -- Three men were indicted by a stategrand jury in connection with the Oct. 18 armed robbery at MaineSavings FCU in nearby Vassalboro. Police said the three, identifiedas Albert Peaslee, 21, Jimmy Lee Wilson, 21, both of Augusta, andJeremy Jones, 26, of Gardiner, used the stolen credit union cash tobuy drugs and to gamble at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. BothPeaslee and Wilson were indicted on separate charges involvingother crimes.
