Two More CUs Seek To Convert To Bank charter

Two more credit unions have applied to federal regulators to convert to mutual savings banks, bringing the total to 29. The latest two, each of which has filed application with the Office of Thrift Supervision, are Sunshine State CU, Tallahassee, Fla., ($150 million) and Share Plus FCU, Plano, Texas ($160 million).
