United Heritage CU Implements CashManagement Solution

AUSTIN, Texas - (02/28/06) -- United Heritage CU said it hasselected Ceto Cash Calculator (C3), a vault cash management toolthat allows branch managers to effectively ration daily branch andATM cash levels to increase profitability by freeing up excessnon-interest earning vault and ATM cash. The $400 million creditunion has been using Ceto's Deposit Reclassification Solution since2004, which helped it restructure its transaction (checking)accounts and thereby reallocate $1.2 million of non-interestearning reserve requirements into interest earnings assets everymonth. Ceto, based in Atlanta, claims that on average Cs allowsfinancial institutions to decrease cash levels by 15%, whileimproving internal operations and cash control.
