CALABASAS, Calif. - (07/14/04) -- Digital Insight Corp. said itregistered 1.5 million common shares to allow several venturecapital firm investors to trade their shares on the open market.Among the selling shareholders are: Conning Capital Partners LP, ofConnecticut (470,000 shares); Coral Partners LP, Minneapolis(350,000 shares); Cordova Enhanced Fund LP and its affiliateLiveOak Equity Partners (160,000 shares); and the venture arms ofWashington Mutual Bank (160,000 shares) and SunTrust Bank (140,000shares). DI will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale ofthe shares.
