A $400 million issue of Bank of New York (Delaware) notes was priced by underwriters led by Merrill Lynch & Co.

The 3.60% notes, due June 30, 1994, were priced at 99.98 to yield 3.62%, 10 basis points higher than comparable Treasuries. The issue was rated A 1 by Moody's Investors Service and A-plus by Standard & Poor's Corp.
