All Citi Directors Re-Elected

NEW YORK — Citigroup Inc. shareholders reaffirmed all directors to the board, despite the sharp criticism coming from shareholders at the annual meeting.

According to preliminary results announced at the meeting, the directors were reelected with between 70% and 90% of votes. Citi's auditor was affirmed.

None of the shareholder proposals passed, but two received considerable support. A proposal demanding more disclosure on the consulting services Citi receives from compensation consultants was rejected by 53%, and a proposal to give 10% of shareholders the power to call a shareholder meeting was rejected by 52%.
