American Residential Mortgage Corp. San Diego, has acquired Wellington Funding Inc., El Segundo, Calif., and named its former president, Joe Hunter, a vice president and regional manager.
The Wellington office will become a branch of Am Res and its fourth fair-lending center. The company previously opened fair-lending centers in South San Diego, Calif.; Five Points, Colo.; and Philadelphia.
