Atlanta-based Creative Solutions Group Inc. opened a service bureau that offers a computerized telephone answering service to smaller financial institutions.
It enables them to respond to requests from banking customers 24 hours a day with customized answers while generating leads for new consumer loans, mortgage loans, and deposit products.
Consumers interested in obtaining personalized answers to their mortgage, consumer loan, or investment product questions can call their bank's 800 number, which is linked to the service bureau.
The financial institution will then receive detailed lead information to prioritize and close the sale.
The service costs a few hundred dollars a month, depending on needs.
