Banamex opens line with Export-Import Bank.

MEXICO CITY -- Banco Nacional de Mexico, known as Banamex, said it has opened a $200 million line of credit with the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

Banamex expects to use the funds to finance modernization and environmental upgrades by industrial companies.

The bank said the loans would be for five to seven years at competitive interest rates.
