NEW YORK - A $150 million issue of Banc One Arizona subordinated notes, due Sept. 15, 2005, was priced on Thursday.
The 6% notes were priced at 99.148 to yield 6.10%. The noncallable notes were priced at a spread of 73 basis points above Treasuries.
Rated A1 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and AA-minus by Standard & Poor's Corp., the issue will be sold through underwriters led by CS First Boston.
Banc One Arizona is a unit of Banc One Corp.
