Donald L. Isaacs was elected a vice chairman and a director of BayBanks Inc., a $9.5 billion asset bank holding company based in Boston.
Mr. Isaacs will continue as chairman and chief executive officer of BayBank System Inc., with responsibility for consumer banking activities.
Thomas M. Whitney was named chairman and chief executive officer of BayBanks Credit Corp. and of BayBanks Mortgage Corp. Mr. Whitney will continue as vice chairman and a director of BayBanks, the company's largest subsidiary, in Burlington, Mass.
James M. Cosman continues as president and chief operating officer of BayBanks Credit and BayBanks Mortgage.
