Big-bank trade groups complete merger.

WASHINGTON -- The Association of Reserve City Bankers and the Association of Bank Holding Companies said their merger became official on Wednesday, as scheduled.

The merged group, under the Reserve City name, will represent large-bank interests. Membership consists of the highest-ranking executives from 125 major institutions. Anthony T. Cluff is executive director.
